Process Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities

1. To supervised the conduct research and analyze client design proposals, specifications, manuals, and other data to evaluate the cost, and maintenance requirements of designs or applications.

2. Responsible in the monitoring and controlling all matters concerning the operational phases of assigned Sewage Treatment Plants.

3. To supervised the regularly conduct field monitoring, site assessment, inspection of STP and to regularly collect wastewater samples in all maintained STPs.

4. To perform personnel functions by supervising and inspecting the performance of STP Operators to ensure that all procedures are completed to the company-set standards and client standards and ensure that STPs are maintained and cleaned.

5. To provide technical assistance at sewage treatment works and to conduct training to all STP Operators who will be posted in certain STP.

6. To conduct review of related engineering documents and to ensure compliance with the required documentation for DENR/LLDA.

7. Perform others duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time

Process Engineers

Duties and Responsibilities

Project Engineers (Civil, Mechanical, Architectural)

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Reports to the Project Manager, who has ultimate responsibility for both the quality of deliverables and effective execution of project assignments.

2. Responsible for coordination of all technical activities of the Project.

3. Plans, schedules, conducts, and coordinates assigned engineering work, monitors work for compliance to applicable codes and accepted engineering practices.

4. Ensures effective communication and coordination on assigned project among all disciplines and all other project participants.

5. Responsible and accountable to ensure that all assigned personnel are coordinating their activities with other project participants and that the requirements of the Contract are being satisfied.

6. Responsible in recognizing when technical problems are developing in the various disciplines, and to initiate appropriate corrective actions.

7. Preparation of Project engineering schedules and forecasts.

8. Coordination and checking of engineering deliverables.

9. Preparation of Monthly project status reports and change orders.

10. Responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects.

11. Accountable for the successful completion of the Project.

12. Assist in the preparation of engineering project proposals for variation orders.

13. Budget monitoring and trend tracking.

14. Participating in Client/contractor meetings and assist in resolving project issues.

15. Ensure effective engineering and Client communications.

16. Other related tasks that maybe assigned by Management from time to time.

Quantity Surveyor/Estimator

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the development and preparation of cost estimates and various miscellaneous in-house designed projects during the planning and design phases of the project.

2. To forecasts final project costs and to provide overhead and profit cost associated with project being estimated and to monitor monthly actual cash flows versus planned expenditures by preparing monthly project cost control reports.

3. To prepare, maintain, modify and revise conceptual cost estimates for any and/or all deliverable aspects of the project including but not limited to studies, conceptual design options, preliminary design, final design and contractor construction bid packages deemed necessary for the overall budget management of the project.

4. To provide technical guidance and ensure sound technical/engineering procedures are followed/ applied in the preparation of project plans and proposals.

5. To conduct researches and analyze data on all the factors that can influence cost of the project, including but not limited to equipment and material, labor, location, duration of the project, and specify machinery requirements and ensuring that all data gathered are properly documented for company references.

6. To coordinate with the Logistics Division the purchase and delivery of required materials for the completion of a specified project and ensure that supply of material required are maintained to avoid disruption of work.

7. Perform others duties and functions that may be assigned by the management from time to time.

Accounting Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Performs a variety of general accounting support tasks in accounting department

2. Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records.

3. Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records pertaining to financial business transactions

4. Compile data and prepare a variety of reports

5. Regularly update the Company’s accounting records through regular verification and reconciliations of accounts payable, receivables, expense vouchers, receipts, payroll and other ledger that are existing and appropriate.

6. Enters data into computer system using defined accounting programs

7. To perform other functions that may be assigned and required by the job from time to time.

AutoCAD Operator

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Creates drawings of construction plans using base maps and other available data.

2. Prepares detailed drawings for the construction and alteration of buildings, utilities, structures and other improvements.

3. Resolve discrepancies and missing data and ensure no conflicts with construction plans as instructed by the Engineers.

4. Provides technical support on CAD software; troubleshoots and operates CAD software, detailed drawings, site plans, cross sections, and/or drawings.

5. Updates previously recorded engineering drawings, maps, profiles and plans with new as-built data utilizing computer-aided drafting techniques; converts paper plans to current as-built plans.

6. Archives and organizes old drawings; maintains and updates records for future reference.

7. Utilize a variety of computer-aided drafting applications, graphics and other applications to carry out complex work responsibilities.

8. Performs special projects as assigned.

9. Independently perform advanced CAD assignments with initiative and creativity.

10. Properly use and care for drafting equipment, instruments, hardware and software.

Executive Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities

1. To provide administrative and secretarial support to the Company Executives, including but not limited to the Director for Corporate & Business Development/EVP and Technical Managing Director.

2. To assist the top management officers in rendering their functions with the company.

3. To prepare interoffice communications, correspondence, requisitions, forms, and reports as needed or required by the Technical Managing Director and/or Director for Corporate & Business Development/EVP.

4. To ensure proper dissemination of Memoranda or Inter-Office communications and other business related correspondences to the Company Executives and to the concerned department.

5. To manage and organize all incoming and outgoing documents and to verify, compile and safe-keep records and files of existing and prospective projects and ensure that all records and files are updated regularly.

6. To assist the Marketing Department in the preparation of bidding documents and in planning.

7. To verify and organize appointments and meetings of Technical Managing Director and/or Director for Corporate & Business Development/EVP.

8. To assist Technical Managing Director and Director for Corporate & Business Development/EVP in ensuring proper communications with clients and to conduct follow-up calls to clients regarding proposals and other submittals.

9. Perform others duties and functions that may be assigned by the management from time to time.
